Project Appraisal Circular Economy Through Quality Infrastructure in LAC

Countries in Latin America and the Caribbean have achieved economic development in recent decades. However, economic growth implies social and environmental costs and high energy and resource consumption. It is necessary to move from a linear economy to a circular economy. The project “Strengthening the circular economy through Quality Infrastructure (QI)” will strengthen the technical competencies of regional QI organizations in the circular economy. The PTB has contracted Unique to develop a proposal for a regional project to promote circular economy. Unique was contracted for its regional competencies and technical capabilities in preparing proposals to the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Germany.
