Quality Assurance of Project Application Documents

Th GIZ applies for contracts with its client, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). These applications are designed by means of module proposals and results matrices. GIZ’s internal quality assessment unit has the mandate to ensure a high quality of the module proposals and results matrices submitted to the BMZ. To be able to continue to guarantee this promise against the background of resource constraints in GIZ’s quality assessment unit, additional external reviewers are now involved in the quality review. Unique was selected for its expertise in project planning to support GIZ in reviewing up to 40 results matrices and module proposals.
