Commercial Forest Plantation Management in Paraguay

Forestal Apepú is a company established by European investors with the goal of establishing and managing sustainable forest plantations in Eastern Paraguay. The company initiated its operations in 2019 by purchasing a property of approximately 2,200 ha, with the possibility to expand in the future. UNIQUE was selected to conduct the administrative and operational management of the company through a long-term partnership with Forestal Apepú. UNIQUE’s comprehensive management of the property includes the implementation of forest plantations and all associated operations, financial planning and controlling, environmental and social management, FSC® certification, monitoring, and reporting to investors.
