Management of the Forestal Azul Company

Forestal Azul Holding GmbH is a company established by German investors to sustainably manage a property of 2,300 hectares in Eastern Paraguay, integrating adapted forestry and livestock concepts. Due to the company´s long standing local experience and presence in Paraguay, UNIQUE was selected to establish a long-term partnership with Forestal Azul, managing all activities on the property. The project includes forest plantations, silvopastoral systems, and an innovative system for the restoration of the highly degraded fragments of natural forests. UNIQUE conducts all activities integrally, from planning to implementation, commercialization of forest and livestock products, environmental and social management, FSC® certification, and monitoring and reporting.
